    1. Posting Tasks and Services

  • Legal and Ethical Services: All services must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Offering illegal or unethical services is prohibited.
  • No Prohibited Services: Escort work, adult services, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Services involving alcohol, drugs, or other illicit substances are also banned.
  • No Advertising: Inxgo is a platform for offering specific services. Any attempts to advertise products or unrelated services will be removed.
  • No Commercial Vehicle Services in Certain Locations: Some services, like Commercial Passenger Vehicle Services, may be restricted based on local regulations.

2. Protecting Privacy and Personal Information

  • Private Information Sharing: Share private details only through Inxgo’s private messaging system after a client accepts your offer. Public sharing of private details or external links is prohibited.
  • Client Consent for External Communication: Communication outside the platform should only occur after the client’s consent to share contact details.

3. Price Transparency and Payment Protocols

  • Online Payments: Payments should be processed through the Inxgo platform using secure methods like credit/debit cards or online wallets. Payments are held in escrow until the task is completed.
  • Offer Full Payment for Services: The price agreed upon should reflect the total cost of completing the task. Price negotiation outside the platform is prohibited.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Sellers must honor agreements. Cancellations may lead to a fee, negative feedback, or account suspension for repeated violations.
  • Handling Disputes: Sellers should work with clients to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, Inxgo offers a mediation process to help reach a fair resolution.

4. Accountability and Reputation Management

  • Fulfillment of Services: Sellers must deliver services as promised, completing tasks to the best of their ability and in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Ratings and Reviews: Clients will rate and review services. These reviews influence your reputation, so maintaining high standards is encouraged.
  • Subcontracting Services: If subcontracting, obtain client consent and ensure the subcontractor meets Inxgo’s standards. Inxgo’s insurance does not cover subcontractors.

5. Account Administration and Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: Sellers must be at least 18 years old to create and maintain an account on Inxgo.
  • Single Account Policy: Only one account per seller is allowed. Duplicate accounts or fraudulent profiles will lead to account suspension or removal.

6. Profile Standards and Identity Verification

  • Profile Accuracy: Sellers must upload a clear profile photo and use their real name as stated on official identification documents.
  • Identity Verification: Inxgo may require you to verify your identity for security reasons. All registration information must be accurate and truthful.

7. Compliance with Inxgo’s Terms and Conditions

  • Platform Policies: Sellers must comply with all platform terms and conditions. Regularly review these terms to stay updated on changes.
  • Cooperation with Inxgo Staff: Sellers are expected to respond promptly to Inxgo staff and cooperate to resolve any account or task-related issues.

  • Prohibited Commercial Passenger Vehicle Services: These services are not permitted in jurisdictions where they violate local laws.

2. Privacy and Security

  • Share private contact information (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses) only after an offer is accepted through Inxgo is private messaging system.
  • Do not share private contact details, business links, or social media handles publicly on the platform.

3. Prohibited Behaviors

  • Hatred or Violence: Content promoting hatred, violence, or racism is prohibited.
  • Discrimination: Derogatory comments or attacks based on identity are not allowed.
  • Harassment: Persistent harassment or actions causing distress to others are unacceptable.
  • Illegal Behavior: Activities involving theft, vandalism, drugs, weapons, or other unlawful actions are banned.
  • Trolling: Off-topic or inflammatory comments meant to provoke others are prohibited.

4. Fair Practices

  • Fraudulent Reviews: Misleading or fake reviews are strictly prohibited.
  • Artificial Profile Improvement: Manipulating your profile’s ratings or reviews is not allowed.
  • Information Harvesting: Collecting member information without permission is against our guidelines.
  • Task Leaking: Taking tasks off the platform undermines community trust and access to platform benefits (e.g., secure payment, customer support).

5. Pricing and Payments

  • No Partial Payments: Task offers should cover the full scope of work. Partial payments or negotiations outside the platform are prohibited.
  • Secure Payments: Use the Inxgo payment system to ensure funds are held safely in escrow until the task is completed.
  • No Cash Payments: Payments must be processed through the platform using supported payment methods (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).

6. Account Eligibility

  • Members must be at least 18 years old to create an account, as this is a legal requirement for entering into contracts.
  • Inxgo reserves the right to request proof of age.

  • No Account Transfers: Your account and reviews are tied to you and cannot be transferred.
