As a User of the platform, you agree to use Inxgo in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any conduct that may:

  • Violate the rights of other users or third parties. Respect each other.
  • Breach any intellectual property rights. Keep each other safe.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account and any content you upload, submit, or otherwise transmit via the platform. Inxgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or any unlawful or harmful behavior.
  • Engage in fraudulent or malicious activities, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or using the platform to promote unlawful activities.

You are responsible for all activities under your account and any content you upload, submit, or otherwise transmit via the platform. Inxgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or any unlawful or harmful behavior.

Security:

You agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your account from unauthorized access. If you suspect that your account or any information related to your account has been compromised, you agree to immediately contact Inxgo to resolve the issue. Inxgo will make reasonable efforts to assist, but ultimately, you are responsible for securing your own account.

3. Services Offered by Inxgo

Inxgo is a platform that connects users with service providers in various industries, including but not limited to digital marketing, software development, design, and other professional services. The platform allows users to find and hire freelancers or agencies for projects, collaborate efficiently, and track progress through an easy-to-use interface.

  • Task Posting: Posters can post new tasks, specifying the scope of work, budget, and timeline. Taskers can review the task and submit their offers.
  • Reviews and Ratings: After completing a task, both parties can rate and review each other. These reviews help build trust and allow other users to make informed decisions.
  • Invoicing and Payments: The platform offers seamless invoicing and payment processing tools, which enable users to handle payments securely through the integrated payment system.
  • Communication Tools: Inxgo provides messaging systems that allow users to communicate easily within the platform, ensuring smooth interaction throughout the duration of a task.

Inxgo provides a broad range of services from verified professionals to ensure that each project is completed successfully. The platform supports both one-time projects and long-term collaborations. Service Restrictions:

Inxgo reserves the right to limit or restrict services that are deemed illegal, unethical, or in violation of its community guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, tasks involving fraud, spamming, hate speech, or activities violating intellectual property rights.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refund

Inxgo operates under a transparent pricing system, where both Taskers and Posters agree on the pricing terms before a task is initiated. The platform charges a commission fee on each transaction to cover operational costs and platform maintenance.

  • Service Fees: Inxgo charges a service fee to Taskers based on the total payment received for the task. This fee varies depending on the nature and complexity of the service provided. The fee is automatically deducted from the Seller earnings.
  • Payment Processing Fees: When payments are made through Inxgo payment gateway, there may be additional transaction fees, which are disclosed during the payment process. These fees are typically borne by the Poster.
  • Subscription Plans: Some premium features on Inxgo, such as enhanced visibility for profiles or access to exclusive tasks, may require a subscription fee. These plans are clearly outlined and subject to change with prior notice.

Payment Terms:

  • Agreed Price: The agreed price between the Poster and Tasker must be confirmed before any work begins. The price includes all services, taxes, and applicable charges. Payment is processed securely through Inxgo’s payment system, and both parties receive confirmation once payment is made.
  • Payment Method: Payments for tasks can be made through multiple methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and handled securely.
  • Invoicing: Upon completion of a task, the Tasker will issue an invoice through Inxgo. The Poster is required to pay the agreed amount promptly upon receipt of the invoice.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Cancellations: If either party cancels a task before its commencement, the payment may be refunded to the Poster’s original payment method or provided as Inxgo Credits.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are granted under specific circumstances such as incomplete work, breach of terms, or a mutual agreement between the Tasker and Poster. Inxgo will review these cases and decide whether a refund or adjustment is warranted.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. The processing time may vary based on the payment provider but typically takes 5-7 business days.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Process: Users can cancel tasks or services through the Inxgo platform prior to their commencement. If you cancel a job once, no other jobs will be displayed on your device for the rest of the day.
  • Refund Process: In the event of cancellation, Inxgo will determine if a refund is applicable. This may involve the Agreed Price or service fees, depending on the terms. Refunds may be issued as Inxgo Credits (virtual credits on the platform) or directly back to the Posters original payment method.
  • Refund Timing: Once a refund request is made, Inxgo typically processes it within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds to the original payment method may take longer depending on the payment processor.
  • Cancellation Fees: If a Tasker is responsible for the cancellation, Inxgo may charge a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from their future payouts. This helps discourage last-minute cancellations and ensures that Posters are compensated fairly.
  • User Responsibility: If users repeatedly cancel tasks, Inxgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate their account as part of enforcing platform integrity and ensuring that all users uphold their commitments.

6. Inxgo Credits

  • Definition of Inxgo Credits: Inxgo Credits are a form of virtual currency that can be used on the platform to pay for services. These credits are non-refundable, and they may only be used within the platform and for tasks associated with it. Inxgo Credits are tied to the user’s account and are not redeemable for cash, unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Validity and Expiration: Credits have an expiration period, typically 18 months from the date they are issued or the last activity on the account. After this period, the credits are no longer valid unless used or specifically extended by Inxgo. This encourages users to engage with the platform within a reasonable time frame.
  • Issuance of Inxgo Credits: Inxgo Credits may be issued for various reasons, such as refunds for cancelled services, promotions, or incentives given to users. These credits may not be transferred to another user and are tied strictly to the user’s account.
  • Conditions of Use: Credits can be used as payment for new services or tasks on Inxgo, but they are subject to the platform’s terms. If a user’s account is terminated, any unused credits may be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed upon.   • Payment Methods: Users can link their credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, or other approved payment methods to their Inxgo accounts. The payment provider will manage the transaction details, and Inxgo will only facilitate the process by acting as an intermediary. All users must comply with the payment providers terms, which will be made available during the sign-up process.
  • Transaction Fees: Inxgo may charge transaction fees, depending on the nature of the payment (e.g., transfers to/from international bank accounts or specific payment methods). Users will be notified of any applicable fees before the transaction is processed.

  • User Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the user to provide accurate and up-to-date information for verification. Any false information or attempts to bypass verification may result in the suspension or permanent termination of the users account.
  • Use of Credentials: Users may also be issued badges or verified status that indicates their trustworthiness on the platform. These badges are not permanent and can be revoked if the user violates the terms or if the status becomes invalid for any reason.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Inxgo is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of its users. We understand the importance of protecting your personal data and adhere to strict privacy practices to ensure your information remains secure. Data Collection and Use:

  • User Responsibility: It is the users responsibility to ensure that their contact information, including email address, is up to date to receive such notices promptly.

12. Termination

Either Inxgo or the user can terminate the user account at any time, for any reason. Termination does not affect the completion of tasks already in progress or any outstanding payments.

Termination by Inxgo:

Inxgo may terminate or suspend user accounts if the user is found to have violated the Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activities, or participated in behavior that harms other users or the platform. In such cases, users will be notified of the termination.

Termination by User:

Users may terminate their accounts by contacting Inxgo customer support and requesting account deletion. If an account is terminated, users may lose access to services, pending tasks, and other features associated with their account.
